The SHL Verify Range of Ability Tests is a suite of cognitive ability assessments appropriate for candidates at a wide range of job levels. Designed to test a candidate’s ability to draw inferences and understand the relationships between various concepts independent of acquired knowledge, the Inductive Reasoning test is particularly relevant for roles where critical components of the role include dealing with new concepts and approaches, building strategies, and resolving complex, ambiguous and novel problems.
