These simulations will measure five of the most important and predictive competencies for success in a team-based work environment, through state-of-the-art, 3D-animation technology. It engages candidates to participate in scenarios while capturing information on a person’s style of working with and relating to others, adaptability in changing or demanding situations, decisiveness, initiative, and results-orientation. Talent Simulations have been released for South Africa and will be available for UK soon. US and ANZ versions will follow later in the year.

This test, designed for administrative professionals, measures knowledge of important types of business writing being used today. It covers the following topics: Business Letters, Other Formats, Principles of Organization, Rules of Grammar, Spelling, Style and Tone, and Vocabulary.

General Clerical Spelling short answer

This is the same as the multiple choice version of the test but is administered in short answer form. It measures ability to correctly spell words in written communication and covers plurals, prefixes, suffixes, abbreviations, and common errors.

Math-Intermediate Skills

This test measures ability to quickly perform intermediate level mathematical computations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as calculate percentages and convert fractions and decimals. Test takers must answer each question by performing the appropriate computation and selecting the correct answer. Test takers are not allowed to use calculators, but may use pencil and paper to solve problems.

Graduate Scenarios is a unique test of Managerial Judgment - an individual’s ability to decide on effective ways of handling real life situations. It is specifically designed to assess judgment in graduates; a group who typically has limited work experience to draw on. It consists of hypothetical scenarios, each followed by several possible responses. Candidates rate the effectiveness of each response, using a 6-point scale, from highly undesirable to highly desirable. It can be used for recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management and coaching in a variety of functions and industries.

The District/Regional Manager solution is for mid- to senior-level managerial positions that oversee multiple stores within a defined area. Contact Centre Technical Support Agent (Short Form)

The Contact Center Technical Support Agent solution is an assessment used for job candidates applying to entry-level positions in a contact center environment where the main focus of the job is providing customer service in the form of technical support. Sample tasks for these jobs include, but are not limited to: interacting with customers on the phone to provide information; troubleshooting and diagnosing problems; solving product or service issues; responding positively to difficult or irate customers; navigating within multiple applications to find and view customer account details; and typing information quickly and accurately. Potential job titles that use this solution are: Call Center Representative, Contact Center Technical Support Agent, Customer Service Agent, and Technical Support Representative. This assessment identifies the ability to correctly identify words common in business communications. In this test, the test taker reads a sentence containing a highlighted word. The test taker is required to select the synonym of the highlighted word from a list of four choices. This test is available in US English and UK English.
