The Hospitality Retail Associate solution is designed for customer centered entry-level positions that may or may not include a sales component. The solution covers retail oriented positions within the hospitality industry, and sample tasks may include taking orders, solving product or service issues, responding positively to difficult customers, referring unresolved issues to the appropriate individuals, providing information on products and/or services. Potential job titles that use this solution are: Gift Shop Attendant, Sales Associate, Cashier and Salesperson. Multiple configurations of this solution are available.

This assessment measures ability to correctly use the various parts of speech in written communication and covers subject-verb agreement, sentence structure, and punctuation.

This test measures knowledge of common medical terms, prefixes, and suffixes being used today. Designed for all health care professionals, this test covers the following topics: Anatomical Mapping, Cardiovascular System, Digestive System, Endocrine System/Lymphatic/Urinary Systems, Musculoskeletal System, Nervous System, Reproductive System, Respiratory System, and Specific Field-Related Terms/Etymology. This test checks an individual's knowledge of the concepts and subjects tested. The results of this test do not imply that the individual possesses the necessary skills to perform a specific procedure or treatment. The results of this test do not indicate if the individual is licensed or authorized to practice any health care profession under any applicable laws.

This test, designed for administrative professionals, measures knowledge of important types of business writing being used today. It covers the following topics: Business Letters, Other Formats, Principles of Organization, Rules of Grammar, Spelling, Style and Tone, and Vocabulary.

This is the same as the multiple choice version of the test but is administered in short answer form. It measures ability to correctly spell words in written communication and covers plurals, prefixes, suffixes, abbreviations, and common errors.

This test measures ability to quickly perform intermediate level mathematical computations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as calculate percentages and convert fractions and decimals. Test takers must answer each question by performing the appropriate computation and selecting the correct answer. Test takers are not allowed to use calculators, but may use pencil and paper to solve problems.

The Service Associate is designed for entry-level positions that are primarily task focused but may include a customer service component. The solution covers a wide variety of support positions in the hospitality industry and sample tasks may include: cleaning hotel rooms, serving food at buffet lines, parking cars, and/or delivering food to hotel rooms. Potential job titles that use this solution are: Housekeeper, Buffet Server, Room Service Attendant, and Valet. Multiple configurations of this solution are available.
